MARSHALL, Mo. - The Pioneers lead the South Division after a 5-set victory at #22 Missouri Valley on Friday. The scores were 26-24, 25-19, 20-25, 20-25, 15-7. MNU trailed 23-19 in the first set before a 7-1 run gave the Pioneers the improbable win. The momentum carried into the next set as MNU jumped out to an 8-1 lead. Valley was able to turn the match around with consecutive 25-20 victories, but MNU started the 5th set with a 5-0 run to take control and win 15-7.

MNU trailed 19-23 in the first set before a 15-2 run won the set and took control of the 2nd.
