Pioneers Shut Out Evangel

SPRINGFIELD, Mo. - MNU beat Evangel 2-0 on Tuesday. The Pioneers took the lead in the first half off a free kick from Savannah Moxley. They went into the half up 1-0. The second half things went back and forth and Evangel found their best chances of the game off of counter attacks. With five minutes remaining in the game, the Pioneers sealed the win with a goal from Jessica Longhurst off a Steffi Krohn corner kick.

The Pioneers travel to Mount Mercy on Saturday, October 14th for a kickoff at 2pm.
