Stars Topple Pioneers

The Pioneers scored first, but Oklahoma City scored 4 straight to win 4-2 on Saturday. In the 7th minute, Hannah Benedict scored on a pass from Kalyn Pfaff to give MNU the lead. But OCU tied it just before halftime and kept the momentum in the second half. OCU scored in the 47th, 71st, and 77th minutes to take a 4-1 lead. Taryn McClendon scored in the final minute, but it was not enough as MNU lost by 2.

MNU is 4-3-1 (0-0 Heart). The next game starts conference play at Graceland (3-5, 0-1) on Tuesday at 5:00.
