Justin Randall recorded a career high for the second straight game in MNU's impressive 85-73 victory at Missouri Valley on Saturday. It was the 4th straight victory for MNU after dropping their previous 7. The game was tight early as neither team had more than a 3-point lead in the first 10 minutes, but a 6-0 run gave MNU an 8-point lead. The Pioneers led by 7 at halftime after shooting a blistering 63% from the floor.
Cale Brubaker opened the second half with a three, and the Pioneers dominated for 17 minutes, building a 21-point lead. When Randall buried his first career 3-pointer with just under 7 minutes to play, the game was over. The Vikings closed the gap in garbage time, but MNU took the 12-point victory.

The Pioneers are 7-14 (6-6 HAAC). The next game is Thursday at HAAC-leader #23 Evangel (14-9, 9-3) at 7:30. Evangel won in Olathe in double overtime last month.
