A good battle between MNU and #23 Baker ended in a scoreless draw on Wednesday. In the first half, MNU controlled possession and created several good scoring chances, but the Baker defense kept MNU out of the net into halftime. Baker came out of the break and completely dominated play. The Pioneer defense stood firm and was able to create a few counter attacks, but Baker kept the ball in their attacking half most of the period. Neither team created much in either overtime and the game ended in a draw.
MNU is 9-1-3 (1-0-2 HAAC). The next game is Homecoming on Saturday vs. Culver-Stockton (7-6-0, 1-2-0) at 12:30.
