Lukas Weigel's 24 points and 7 rebounds led the Pioneers to an 88-72 victory at Graceland on Thursday. Graceland started quickly and had an early 6-point lead, but the Pioneers turned things around with a 17-2 run to lead by 9. MNU took a 4-point lead at halftime. Graceland used some three pointers to chip away until they took a 1-point lead with 15 minutes remaining in the game.
The Pioneers finally took control when with 11 minutes left and the score tied, they started a run of free throws to built a 3-possession lead.

Lukas Weigel all connected on multiple free throws down the stretch, and Graceland could not get back in the game. MNU built a lead which reached 18 points as they cruised in the final minutes.
Lukas Weigel had 24 points on 9-11 shooting and pulled down a team-high 7 rebounds.
Conner Langrehr had 17 points and 5 assists.
Rustin Dowd added 15 points, 10 assists, and 2 steals. And
Keith McCullough had 10 points and 4 assists.
The Pioneers are 11-13 (6-8 HAAC). The next game is Saturday at home vs. Missouri Valley at 4:00.
