Megan Hayes comes to MNU after starting her coaching career as head coach for Osawatomie High School in 2013. Megan developed a culture for young, female athletes by implementing a summer conditioning program, camps, and individual skills training. Megan was dedicated to growing Osawatomie’s volleyball club, Kansas Krush, coaching several junior high teams each season and serving as a member on their board. Megan coached for MAVS volleyball club for their 2017-2018 season, leading her team to the National tournament in Michigan. In 2018, Megan was hired at Olathe West High School and assisted their Varsity volleyball program in their 2nd season in history, doubling their number of wins from the previous season.
Prior to Hayes' coaching career, she played volleyball at MNU from 2009-2012.
