Bryce McClanahan was announced Head Coach of the MNU Women’s Soccer team in summer of 2019 and enters his 4th season in charge.
During the first season, he and his staff led the team to a 14 win season and attained the program’s highest ever national ranking of #18 in the country. In addition, the team qualified for the NAIA National Tournament for only the second time in school history. The team finished with a 8-2 record in the HEART and had 7 players selected to the all conference teams.
In the 2020 season, he and his staff led the team to a 7-2-2 record in the Heart of America Conference. There were 5 players selected to the HEART all conference teams.
In the 2021 season, he and his staff led the team to a 6-5-1 record in the Heart of America Conference. There were 2 players selected to the HEART all conference teams.
Coach McClanahan graduated in 2017 from MNU with a degree in Sports Management and a minor in Coaching. Upon college graduation, Coach McClanahan became the Graduate Assistant Coach for the MNU Women’s Soccer team working under Coach Bobby Reiss. During his time as an assistant, the program finished with the best record in program history with a 15-3-1 record. In 2019, Bryce earned his Master of Science in Management degree.
Bryce coached club soccer for 6 years in the Kansas City area for Toca FC. The highlight being when the Toca FC 2007 MLS team competed in National PRO and qualified for US Youth Soccer National Championships in 2021.

Bryce and his wife, Emily have been married since 2017 and live in Mission, Kansas. Together they have one daughter named Alice.
