Jessica Magaha

Jessica and Josh Magaha are the cheerleading coaches at MNU. They both have vast backgrounds in cheerleading and dance on a collegiate and professional level.
 
Jessica began her dance career at the age of 5. She danced in high school, then went on to Johnson County Community College where she cheered and danced for the Golden Girls for two years. She then transferred to Emporia State University to dance for the Hornets and complete her BSE in elementary education. Jessica went on to cheer for the Kansas City Jazz for one year, the Kansas City T-Bones for one year, and the Kansas City Chiefs for two years. Jessica began coaching high school and middle school cheerleaders in 2004, and is still actively involved in the public school coaching environment. In 2009 Jessica became the MNU Head Cheerleading Coach. With a total of 7 years of coaching experience, Jessica has learned a lot and is excited to share her ideas with MNU. Jessica is currently an English teacher and cheer coach for the Olathe school district.
