Make sure your username and password are correct.

Check the schedule to be sure of the date and time (all games listed as Central time, even games played in other time zones).

If the live stream freezes, wait a minute and click the event again. If the streaming equipment (camera, computer, power cords, internet connections) becomes unplugged, the stream will stop until everything is fixed and we must restart. It can take a couple of minutes to restart.
