MNU Strength & Conditioning Coach
Whitney Rodden has been invited to be part of the USA Weightlifting 2011 Summer Development Camp in Colorado Springs, CO. The camp will be held at the Olympic Training Center from July 28 - August 7.
"I am honored to be invited to coach at this Olympic Development Camp,"said Rodden. "It's humbling to see my peers recognize me as one of the top coaches in the nation."
Rodden's invitation is a result of her involvement with the USAW organization. MNU has been hosting the USAW Level 1 Coaching Course twice a year for the past 10 years.
Rodden graduated from MNU in 2001 and started working as the as the Head Strength & Conditioning Coach in the summer of 2005. After she graduated from MNU she worked as a Graduate Assistant at Kansas State University and then went on to work as a full time Strength & Conditioning Coach at the University of Kansas for three years.
