Junior infielder
Taylor Ryal's huge first season at MNU has resulted in NAIA 2nd Team All American honors. The Dewar, Oklahoma native was named HAAC Player of the Week twice, and was named First Team All Conference. She was also named AFCA First Team All-Region along with teammates
Penny Eastman, Jen Costa,
Brianna Payne. Ryal hit .409 with 15 homers (13th in nation), an .812 slugging percentage (14th), 54 RBIs (24th), and 17 doubles (29th). This is MNU's first ever NAIA All American selection. The Pioneers were Co-Conference Champs (17-3), HAAC Conference Tournament Champions, and qualified for the NAIA National Tournament for the first time in team history. The team finished with a 46-8 record, best in school history.
